What did you do different to get positive?

I really thought this month was our month, but I've  gotten all negative tests.  It's hit me harder than usual.  For those who are lucky enough to get their positives, did you do anything different that month? We've used preseed, bd'ed every other day during fertile week, tried everyday during fertile week, still no luck.
