Morning sickness suddenly worse

Anyone else’s morning sickness suddenly get worse not better? I’ve had nausea and vomiting on and off but it’s been worse the last 2 days. I’m 12 weeks and this morning since I woke up I haven’t been able to keep anything down, not even liquids. I have a call into my dr office waiting to hear back but it’s so bad the nausea is consistent but there’s nothing left on my stomach. I’m so weak I can barely stand. Really trying not to go into the Er but I don’t know what to do.
