Prayers needed!!!

I had my first ultrasound today and my dr just called me. He said he's concerned that I'm measuring at 5w6d and that the heart beat is only 78. I go back in, in two weeks. Has this happened to anyone before? I'm so worried and I can't stop crying!!! Advice appreciated.
