Found out I’m 2cm today and 50% effaced as of today. Had a membrane sweep and they set up my induction if I don’t have her before my due date I’ll be induced on Monday the 16th. I’m terrified of being induced. Is there anything I can really do to help get labor going? I’ve heard when your induced the contractions are so much worse and I don’t want an epidural.. I’ve never had one and they terrify me. Someone please 😩
