Would you consider this cheating

Accepting a friend request from someone who lives in another state who you’ve never met, talking all day with them about personal stuff like your mental health and relationship struggles, they tell you you’re cute and you respond back telling them they are cute too, your partner asks you to block them because they were clearly flirting with you and you flirting back, but instead of block them you hide their messages and lie about blocking them. And you also hide the fact you heart reacted their profile picture. Would you consider this cheating?
