Question for second time (or more) moms

Did you notice the Braxton Hicks contractions way earlier after your first pregnancy? I’m 20 weeks pregnant with my second baby and damn, I feel them a few times per day. I can see how easy they would have been to miss the first time, since your uterus is still relatively small at this point, you can’t necessarily feel it get firm. But this time I’m feeling that weird blood-draining-from-my-head feeling now and realize that’s what it is. So weird how different everything is the second time!
