I'm late!

Okay! So I'm 7 days late... took a pregnancy test at 2 days late and it was negative. I was thinking maybe my app is a few days off but it's been a week now. I haven't always been regular but the last 2 years I have been very regular so I'm not wanting to get my hopes up but I also am very antsy! When should I retest?
