Gotta fit in this dress!!
Hey gals!
I'm getting married. My dress is a fit and flare. I used to be fit and work out then I had a baby (3 years ago) and it all went downhill from there because I simply got lazy and didn't manage my time properly.
Just to give you an idea here....when I was in my prime as I called it, I worked out 5-6 days a week. I didn't eat anything deep fried, no pop, no crazy amounts of sugar (I really just ate food where I could see all the ingredients that was how I ate as best as I could). My highest weight at that time was 190 pounds, wearing size 12 jeans, I had a strong slim thick look and I had baby abs as I called them. I was squatting 300 pounds for fun. I was a tank I guess lol and the booty was nice.
I got pregnant, I continued to work out but I wasn't going hard. I was going to the gym 4 days a week and worked out until I was 33 weeks along. I worked out safely yes so please do not judge. When I was full term and the day before I gave birth, I weighed 130 pounds (I lost weight like crazy when I was pregnant and didn't put on any - all the women in my family are like that...smaller pregnant than not pregnant)
Well here I am today, not active, eating junk, sugar, deep fried everything and weighing 185 pounds in size 16 jeans. I weigh less yes but I'm bigger because the only muscle is my yapper mouth.
OK FOCUS! Lol. Sorry for this speech.
But I'm getting married in May 2022 and the dress is snug fit and flare. How do I look snatched by May? Give me tips!?
