OPK help?!?

I started last month with opks (clear blue digital) I ended up not timing it right and the first test I got a static smiley.

This month I’ve started again earlier. I have gotten 4 days of blinking smiley face and have been waiting for that solid static smiley. I ran out of tests as I test two times a day. I opened the new box and it was a circle (low). I thought maybe it was wrong or I missed my LH surge. So I went to take it again about an hour later after being very frustrated. I by accident used the old wand/ display stick and tested and it came back with a blinking face.

I’m so confused what’s happened. Should I use the new handle or should I use the old handle with the new testing strips?!? So lost as to what’s going on. I’m really hoping I didn’t miss my LH surge and static smiley.
