Trying to get baby to breastfeed

When my little girl was born I had very little to no milk supply so I decided to put her on formula until my milk kicked in. That meant bottle feeding her for a few weeks. This caused nipple confusion coz all she wants is the bottle and not the boob, thus I have to pump for her everyday, all day😩 She is now 2 months old and exclusively on pumped breast milk. She fusses and gets cranky every time I try to breastfeed her. Is it possible for her to start breastfeeding at 2 months or am I too late?
