Why would you want kids at 17? I would much rather have them at 20 something, be with my partner and enjoy life, go out, have fun etc.

You should respect what your boyfriends saying cause if he's not ready for it then you should push him. It will only make him resent you

Wait. I was like you but I was 16 and my boyfriend was 17 at the time, I begged him to marry me and start ttc he said no over and over. After months I finally gave the ideas up, almost 4 years later I'm SO glad he never agreed with me to any of this. We both finished high school and college, he's a welder and I'm a cosmetologist, we both have really good jobs, he has a 2010 lifted really nice Chevy, I'm so close to getting my truck as well, and we're now planing on getting married either before new years or after and start building our home. ☺
