Please help

Ok so my last period was over a week ago. i keep getting this weird brown discharge. but sometimes it’s also just straight yellow. i have no other symptoms no itching no burning no smell etc. i have been cramping a little bit recently though. i’m also not on any birth control i got off about 3 months ago but i’m not sexually active rn. is this something i should be concerned about? any ideas what it is?
