Rash/bumps on baby boys scalp!???

Help what is this? It looks like its gotten worse but hes had it since he was born I cant remember if the midwife said something about burst blood vessels but I'm worried it's something more serious it looks aggressive but doesnt seem to be sore at all hes not bothered by it
Has anyone seen anything like this? Its Saturday so I can't ring the doctors today but I will be doing first thing Monday

Looks like nevus simplex, which is benign and usually goes away within the first several months or years of a child's life. It will start getting lighter and fade down.
My son has it and in the beginning looked aggressive but over time has faded. It is still there but not as noticeable.
Please ask your doctor and just make sure it isn't something requiring attention.
