Reflux, gas, or ????

My Lo has been overall really great since being put on a med at night for his reflux. His nights are still good. Sometime shortly before he’s due for his meds in the early evening he may become fussy etc.

he is 14.5weeks and today we are having a day. I’m trying to determine if it’s reflux or gas, maybe both. He’s been fussier than normal. Not napping (he isn’t a great napper in general), eating but then afterwards he becomes fussy. Only wants to sit up but even then he starts grunting and looking like he’s doing crunches and pushing.

So some symptoms seem like reflux but others more like gas or constipation. He won’t take he binky BUT wants to chew on it if you hold it, which is new.

Anyone have any advice or ideas. I suppose really this isn’t that bad I’m just not used to him being this way. And it always hurts to see them uncomfortable.
