Reversal success?

So, I am my husband's second wife. His first wife cheated, bla bla- it ended and we got married. However, after his second child, he got a vasectomy (about 13 years ago). I have a child from a previous relationship also, but I really want one more baby- one from our marriage. Does anybody have success or failure stories about reversals? How long they had had the vasectomy for before trying to reverse it? How much it costed?
