How to increase milk supply?!

How did you increase your milk supply?! I prefer natural ways but I'm willing to try other stuff! Also, how do you unclog milk ducts 😫

The answer to both is nurse! Nurse and pump as much as possible. Offer yourself over a pacifier. Your lo will stimulate milk production and help clear your ducts of any clogs. Warm compresses can also help open your ducts. 
If you notice any severe drop in supply or if your clogged ducts are swollen/warm to the touch, contact a lactation consultant.

Drink plenty of water, massage your breasts often before and during nursing. Pump when you can. Offer the breast often rather than on a schedule, and don't use a pacifier. You need to be the pacifier to stimulate a good milk supply.

Take fenugreek it's an herbal supplement. Also, mothers milk tea helps a lot! You can try to make lactation cookies too.
