Is This Normal

Hey y'all. I have been having the weirdest symptoms and AF isn't coming for another day or two. My symptoms are just straight nausea, beyond sore breast (That started 4 days ago), bleeding gums, sickness after brushing my teeth, moody as could be, snoring like a walrus, crazy dreams, lower back pain and just super tired (Although I sleep all day and stay up most of the night). My fiancée has been acting weird lately as well, he said tonight at Kroger, "I wish she was here." And he has been thinking I am pregnant for a month now with a little baby girl. I am so confused because my fiancée and I have been trying for 10 months and we are really hoping we are. I had a miscarriage last year and we are just praying we are pregnant this time. I am just wondering if these are AF symptoms or early pregnancy symptoms.
