Disturbed Sleep

My LO is reaching 6 months in a weeks time. She has been getting disturbed sleep lately. She wakes up and looks to nurse and within a minute she falls asleep. I am afraid that I might be encouraging her in getting into habit of sucking nipple to sooth herself to sleep. I tried pacifier but she does it take it, I tried patting her to sleep but no luck. If I don’t offer her my nipple she burst out crying at night. Anyone has any idea what I am dealing with?
