Bottle to bf

So my son is 2 months tomorrow and I started giving him one bottle at night because he was refusing the boob at night and now he’s always refusing the boob he’ll stay on for a couple minutes and then start refusing it and crying until I give him the bottle does anyone have any tips to get him off the bottles I really want to breastfeed I’m not sure what to do and Is it also normal that he’s feeds still take around an hour I’ve been seeing people say they’re babies only take like 15 minutes to eat ?
