Could I be pregnant??

So I have pcos and super irregular periods. I was put on norethisterone tablets (a form of progesterone) a few months ago.

I take them twice a day for 10 days from the 17th day of my cycle. My period usually starts by the 4th day of stopping however it’s been 7 days and no period.

I have really sore tender boobs and mild cramping but that’s pretty much all the symptoms I’m having.

Has this happened to anyone else before??
