Should I follow/change her teat acc to her age?

My LO still uses her 0m+ teat though she's already 3 months old. I tried 1m+ teat but she spits up because she's used to slow flow nipples. And also, she uses different brands of bottles like (Pigeon, Anti-colic Avent Bottle, Natural Avent Bottle)

We switched sizes when my daughter was obviously getting frustrated with the slower flow. We would try the faster flow when she was awake and slowly weed out the older ones. Age on the nipples is just a suggestion, baby makes most of the calls lol

Make sure you pace feed. Doing this you don’t go past a slow flow nipple. I used avent and never went beyond number 1. 
You only go up a size if babe is collapsing the nipple or getting very very frustrated. But if you pace feed this shouldn’t happen. 
If formula feeding dont mind the amounts BUT the feeding concept is still the same for all bottle fed babes.

You never need to change it so long as there are no issues with it.  My LO used a preemie nipple until he stopped bottles around 10 months old
