Every night or every other night???

Question

I understand it's best to have sex every other day when trying to conceive. Now that I am in my fertile week we have been having sex every night. I know they say to take a break with it so his sperm can "reload". Do you think having sex everyday will lessen the chance? We used PreSeed last night for the first time and I'm wondering if we should take a break tonight and get back to it tomorrow night or not worry about it?

I used ovulation test strips. We had sex every other day until I got a positive OPK, then we had sex 3 days in a row. I'm about 6 weeks now! Good luck!

PS - I bought like 50 test strips from Amazon for like $20.

I believe  there has been new studies  showing  that every  night you had more of a chnce, unless  you're  SO Has issues with sperm  count and there was something  else  I can't  remember ,  anyways  the says the quality  of the sperm is actually  better  if it's once  every  day, just  make  sure it's only ONCE . TMI - - Just went pee and when I wiped I had bright red blood on the toilet paper. Usually my period blood is dark red. When I checked my CM I didn't have any blood on my fingers, just ewcm. I denoted it and glow said light spotting is associated with ovulating. Fingers crossed❤️✨

I had sex every day at lunch time when I was in my most fertile week lol  I'm 16+2 today :)  good luck

My fertility doctor told me every other day bc the sperm has to mature 24 hours after sex and I will have a better chance....we waited 24 hours to the sec lol I'm now 7 weeks...
