Boyfriend acting dumb to not pay me back over 1k

Boyfriend asked me for $2k because he was low on money. And I asked him if he really needed it and he said yes so I transferred him money. Fast foward we got into a really big fight and he sent it back. Then fast foward his credit card information got stolen and asked if I could lend him $1k in cash. I asked him dont you have about 5k in cash at your house? He said yes but said he really needed money so I lend it to him. On our trip he wanted to buy souvenirs for HIS friends totalling to about $127 and made me pay for with the excuse he was going to pay back. So as of now he owes me $1,127. Said he was going to pay me back on Monday. Its Tuesday today and hasn't paid me back but he's posting accessories for his car on social media.

I asked him yesterday where my money? Said " i forgot about it but I don't have my credit card yet to pay you back." I told him you have the app you dont need the physical card to transfer me money. He left it at that. And has totally forgot completely about $ for the souvenirs.

At this point I'm pissed off. I'm a single mother so I want that money back asap. I only lent it in the first place because I thought he was in real need but I have a bad feeling about all of this.
