Third trimester weight gain!
I’m 29 weeks and officially reached the weight I hoped to deliver at. The weight recommended for my personal body type. I still have 11 weeks to go and really want to maintain a healthy weight. No more excess!!! Even tone up the excess that clearly went to my butt and thighs. The last three appointments I made big weight jumps of 5+ to 9+ pounds which is a lot at once. I worked out a lot this pregnancy but fell into a rut but working out wouldn’t be new for me. I guess I’m just asking you what I should expect to gain the next 11 weeks and if I can slow down the rest of the gain. Anything help anyone to not put on so much extra?
