Abnormal Poopy Diaper

Hi all! My LO is 7 weeks old, formula fed only. For the past 3-4 days he appears to be constipated. Straining to pass gas and stool. Also, he only has 1 bowel movement a day compared to his “normal” of 3-4. Also the color and texture have changed to a dark green (almost black) and tar-like texture (almost like playdoh). He also has been spitting up with every feeding- sometimes a teaspoon but other times about 4-5 teaspoons worth. I’m showing a picture of his poopy diaper to see if anyone else has had this experience with their LO? Or should I be concerned? Any help is appreciated? 🙂

**I should add: he is on a special hypoallergenic formula called Neocate where the protein is already broken down into amino acids**
