Should I take plan b?

Last night I had sex with a condom, though it ended up breaking. My boyfriend pulled out as he came, so, I don’t believe any cum got inside! But it did land on the outside of my vagina (on my labia majora to be exact) & my thigh.

I am not on birth control & my gyno does not think I ovulate (she thinks I get anovulation). So, due to this I never know when I ovulate or if I even do.

Should I take plan b to be safe?
