Hi I am 37 yrs old and my husband has low sperm count and morphology. I am healthy. We have conceived 3 times in the past 7 yrs, 2 successfully (2 kids age 5 and 1 now) with one miscarriage. I am seeing a fertility doctor who said we need to do <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> then <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> due to my husband's levels. However my AMH test came back today at .088, diminishing and I am 37 years old and am scared about not conceiving again. Does anyone have any advice or counsel? I am looking for any and all natural and medicinal plans I can go on to try and up my chances since the doctor said theres no way to raise my AMH levels they will only decline. Feel like I'm fighting a losing battle with my husbands levels and now my low AMH.... 😭 need support
