Not going to my brothers wedding

My brother said he is not having my children in his wedding party. He is only having his daughter as the flower girl and a close friends boy as the page boy. I was extremely upset and disappointed in him so I told him I will no longer be going to his wedding because my children aren’t playing a part in his wedding. He said he wants his daughter to feel special on their day so she will be the only flower girl. My children are his only niece and nephew though! So I am not going. Who do you think is being more reasonable?
