HPV Symptoms?

I had oral intercourse on Tuesday. My lymph nodes around my neck are swollen, and I have an on and off sore throat. 
I also have enlarged tastebuds toward the back of my mouth. I contacted my doctor through this app called Teladoc, and they said I probably have strep throat and I’m stressing myself out. I was prescribed amoxicillin today. 
My question is: Is it possible for HPV symptoms to show in less than 72 hours?

It probably is strep or mono. But there’s like 200 types of HPV so like 96% of sexually active people have some form and don’t know it. Most are also not dangerous. There’s a few that cause warts and some that cause cervical cancer, but that would show up on a Pap smear. If it happens to be an STD its most likely chlamydia, but that can be cured with antibiotics… but the doctor is right. It’s probably strep or something especially if you also kissed the person.
