Husband pees in the sink

Well by the title you will see that well my husband pees in the sink. I caught him peeing in the sink sink one time and I asked him why wasn't he using the toilet he told me couldn't make it to the toilet even though the toilet is literally two to three inches from the sink. I brush it off I said okay well he keeps doing it and I have asked him to stop. It makes me mad because there has been times where I am brushing my teeth. And I dropped my toothbrush in the sink and I noticed there's little droplets of pee all over the inside of the sink. It's extremely disgusting and extremely unhygienic and today I noticed once again not only was there urine on the inside of the sink but he managed to get it up on the countertop as well I was just about ready to set my phone down right on top of it. I am so upset that he does this. Not only that my daughter loves to climb on the laundry basket that's near the sink she puts her hands up there to climb up so she climbs up there and if she puts her hands in her dad's piss or she plays in the sink and there's pee in there I'm going to be mad. Do any of you ladies and even men on this public forum have any idea how to stop him?
