Fresh squeezed lemonade 🤤 too much vitamin c?
I am craving lemonade like crazy, and I'm trying to up my water intake. I make a glass with a lemon and a couple tsp of sugar and it is *mwah* chefs kiss.
However, I know too much vitamin C isn't great especially in the first trimester. My prenatal, juice I drink, and some of the food I eat also has a pretty good amount of vit C. Am I just being overly cautious or should I cut back on the citrus and vitamin C?
