Anxiety

My anxiety is thru the roof, I have my first appt/ultrasound next Thursday 8/26 and I’m a wreck. I’m so nervous and skeptical. We have two boys and 1 daughter, well actually two daughters. We lost our baby girl June 16, 2019 and my anxiety hasn’t been easy since then.. my stomach literally hurts thinking about next week. And I’ve had a panic attack a couple of days ago thinking about the first ultrasound 😖 my minds constantly thinks something is wrong or nothing will be good with the appt. please don’t judge me, I really struggle with anxiety and depression ☹️
