Thoughts?

I am back and forth on the idea of doing a sneak peek gender test to surprise my husband with what we are having. 
I didn’t get to surprise/tell him we were pregnant in a creative way either pregnancy and thought it might be fun to surprise him with this. 
I just don’t know if it would take the fun away from an ultrasound down the road.  Thoughts? Have you done blood testing and wished you would’ve waited until later to find out?

My sneak peek was wrong. I would wait. My husband really wanted to find out together also, so I would hint how he felt about that maybe. 😝

I did a blood test, and am having my second boy. However I just wanted to be able to plan ahead and see if I need to budget for new girly stuff or if I could reuse most of my stuff. Totally up to you :)

I have heard mixed reviews about the sneak peak gender test. As anxious as we were I didn’t want to be unsure of mislead. We ended up doing the NIPT blood test to confirm health and gender. I recommend doing that if you want to find the gender out sooner.

I did it with my first pregnancy, through my doctors office. It was fine. But I wouldn’t do it again. It makes no difference to me knowing earlier :)

I would wait, my daughter father was upset he thought it took the excitement out of the pregnancy, next time I'll wait so we can find out together,,but my sneak peak test was correct I did it at 8wks 5days
