Faint positive but light spotting? (TMI)

I got a faint positive today and I've been cramping today and when I wiped today there's no blood but the tissue has a soft pink wet spot (Sorry TMI). When I wipe it the second time it's not there anymore. I've been cramping the past few days hence why I took a test at CD 48 and got a faint positive. Is this normal? Should I be worried? I'm worried... I did make an appointment on 8/26 for a blood test. I am going to keep testing to see if the line gets darker.
