I've had 4 c section did anyone do a natural birth after??

I'm pregnant an I've already had 4 c section an I relly don't won't a c section again but the midwife says I will have to as anyone gone on to having a natural birth after 4th c section??

I highly doubt a doctor or midwife would allow a v-bac after four cesareans. The integrity of your skin, muscle, uterus after that many cuts, scar tissue, etc., is likely too great and would pose a huge risk.

I HIGHLY doubt any dr or hospital would allow that. I had a Vbac with my 2nd and we did have a talk prior that if we were to have any more kids and if it’s 3 csections it would be a repeat no matter what. 2 csections and then a Vbac would be very iffy.

It’s likely the hospital won’t allow it.  It’s dangerous after that many cesareans.  Your uterus is higher risk for rupture during labor, and that can be deadly for both you and baby.

You need to find someone supportive of it but it is absolutely possible. Also consider a doula (we help you learn your options)

I had:
C section (emergency)
Csection (failed vbac- wasn’t as knowledgeable as I am now to fight)
Induced VBA2C
Csection (emergency but it was a planned vaginal at home prior)
IF there’s a number 5, I would have another vaginal. There’s no medical reason for an automatic section. My OB would be the same that did the VBA2C though, anyone new, other than a homebirth midwife, would tell me automatic section.
