Have you guys tried using fetal doppler yet?

Question

My appointment isn’t til 2nd week of September, and I’m about 7 weeks now so I tried using my doppler last night but couldn’t hear anything. I’m going to try again with a full blatter tonight but wondering if you guys had success hearing heartbeat on your at-home doppler around 7 weeks? 
I can’t remember how many weeks I was when I heard it with my first baby. I think around 10 weeks or so?

Dopplers usually can’t be used until 14 weeks and it’s not good to use them often

Usually the at home doppler can’t pick up the heartbeat at home until around 9-10 weeks at the earliest.

I was able to find my baby’s heartbeat around 9 weeks with previous pregnancies. If you know where to look, it’s possible
