Getting so worried 😟

I’m being induced in 2 weeks and I feel like everyone around me is getting covid right now!

First, my SO got it. Luckily, he went and stayed with his sister who recently had it the moment he felt a scratchy throat. So no one else in our house got it.

Then my sister, bil, their 4 kids, and tons of their family members got it. We hardly see them since covid began though so luckily we haven’t seen them recently.

NOW my BFF, her kids, her ex, her husbands ex, all have it.

I didn’t know a single person that had gotten it until the last 4 weeks and now even people being careful seem to be getting it. I’m so anxious having a preemie 2 year old, going to be induced in a couple weeks (and if you test positive you can’t have a birth partner there), a teen with asthma who is refusing the vaccine, and an immunocompromised teen that CANT get vaccinated 😣

The kids also go back to school the week before I’m being induced which makes me even more anxious. Remote schooling isn’t an option this year.

To add insult to injury, my PPA revolved entirely around germs last time, and I can feel it ramping up already. I want to wrap my family in a bubble 😭😭😭
