I’m 19 and a FTM am I being “too much”

I’m 23 weeks pregnant and I’m making my list of all the rules I want my family and my boyfriends family to follow while I’m in labor/before and after. We want to do the golden hour where after I have the baby no one is allowed in for an hour after during this time we will be doing skin to skin with our baby girl!! We will also send out pictures to our close family members and they aren’t allowed to post them anywhere til we do. We are asking everyone to let us know/ ask us a head of time before they come to the hospital so we aren’t overwhelmed and stressed. After we bring the baby home no one is allowed to kiss her on the face or the head or hands because she will be here in December (COVID and RSV) they will also have to wash there hands before they hold her. We are also asking every one after we come home not to just show up to see her at random times after we come home (we live with my parents so it will be fairly easy) are these rules too much?
