Pumping Help

I stayed home for a week when my baby had RSV. He was breastfed 24/7 and I didn’t pump for for his daycare supply during the time.

Since then, I can only pump 7 oz during the day and I pump every two hours when I’m at work.

How can I get my supply back up? We are currently 12 Wks PP.
