Update: I got a scan and baby has no heartbeat 😢 this is my 6th loss and 4th loss is the second trimester. I just can’t catch a break. This was my last go and try so it’s the end of the road for me😢 wishing all you lovely ladies happy and healthy pregnancies 💙💙💙💖
