My daith hurts

My daith has been healed for months and it didn’t hurt at all. I must’ve slept on it wrong because I woke up the other morning and it hurt and I can’t touch it because it’s so sore.

It’s been a few days And it’s not feeling any better. Suggestions? Thanks!
