We start our day around 7/7:30 every day. I let my son wake up when he’s ready as he always wakes up around the same time 
Then I shower while he sits in his boppy 
We play (tummy time, practicing sitting, jumper) and then eat and he takes his first nap around 9/10. 
We just repeat the play eat sleep routine until around 5:30– then we don’t do anymore naps, it’s just playing and eating until 7 when I give him a bottle, we get a bath at 7:30 then get lotion and pajamas, read a bedtime story, then nurse to sleep. He’s usually asleep between 8:10/8:40
My son looooves the nuby teethers as well as the banana one they have. He also just likes gnawing on the knuckle of my finger too 🤷‍♀️

My guy is 20 weeks. He wakes up around 6/6:30am and nurses. We’ll usually hang out for 30-60 minutes and then he goes back to sleep until about 8:30am. He’ll nurse again and then stay up for about an hour before he’s ready for a 30-60 minute nap. Once he wakes, he begins his cycle of play, eat and sleep with wake windows ranging from 75-120+ minutes. No naps after 6pm and then a nursing session around 8:15/8:30pm before going to bed. I change him, clean his face and apply cream or lotion (eczema) and then nurse him one more time around 11pm before going to bed.
We haven’t started books nightly for just him, but most nights he will sit with us while we read with our older two around 7:45/8pm.

Play for two hours - usually go for a walk or play outside depending on weather at this time 
Second nap 1:30-3/3:30

Play for two hours - usually this is when daddy is home so he plays with him 
Third nap 5/5:30-6 (usually only has 30-45 minutes) 
Feed
Play for two hours and bedtime routine - bath, books etc 
Feed and bed 7:30/8pm
Dream feed 10pm 
Usually wakes for a feed around 5am and goes back to sleep.
