Advice please!!!!

Okay, so af came a week early yesterday. For some reason this is the 2nd time close to af th at I've had hip pain. Like it hurts when I walk and sometimes brings tears to my eyes. Resting my legs up seem to help. Anyone with endometriosis had this problem? I've looked up possible causes ,but one thing that leads me to think it could be endometriosis is I've also been having trouble ttc . I'm 30,so that may have a factor in ttc. Dh hasn't has sperm count or anything checked yet. Any advice on what can cause this hip pain? Oh and I've been having lower backaches on left and right side
