Is this a good deal for a table?

I just paid 1,500 for a huge kitchen table. It extends to 95 inches in length and 39 in width with the leaf. It’s 75 inches with the leaf put away. It comes with 4 chairs and a bench. Here is the table for reference. I paid $200 for a protection plan that covers nearly anything that could ever happen to it and if I don’t ever use it I can have it back as store credit at the end of 5 years.

Ive had the same glass table for 5 years. It’s sharp and a pain in the ass to keep clean. My toddler is always running into it so I felt like this table was toddler proof. It’s made of hardwood and a few other things. I feel bad for spending that much on a table but maybe it was worth it? What do you think?
