Implantation cramps/bleeding?

My period isn’t due for 3 days, but today I’m been cramping as if I’m about to start and noticed I’m also spotting. Now, I’m always on time when I start. Regular every 28 days and I never spot before. It’s been about six hours and I’m still cramping as if I’m on my period but barely spotting. I know it’s not impossible for me just to be starting early, it’s just out of the norm. What do you think my chances are of being pregnant? What’s your implantation stories?
