Could I be pregnant or just birth control symptoms

So I started using birth control (for my pos not to protect me form getting pregnant) on the first and I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend during my fertile days and still haven’t had a period yet this month Ik it could be too early to tell but I’m still wondering I’m not worried or anything if I get pregnant then I get pregnant. I’m 22. And my birth control is the lowest dosage of all of them. I need advice and I don’t have a gynecologist appointment until October.
