Experienced simailr and got a BFP?

I’ve been cramping a lot in the last 24 hours, my boobs are aching with blue veins and I have lower back ache. I usually don’t get these symptoms until 24 hours before my period, and my period isn’t due for another 7 days yet. I’m still breastfeeding my 1 year old daughter, but she hasn’t fed off my right breast since she was a few weeks old… my right breast is super sore and feels “full”, which is unusual. It’s hard because these are also common PMS symptoms, and I don’t want to excite myself for nothing.. I’ve only had sex 3 times this cycle so far, each time he finished in me… I’m not sure I’m looking into it too much or noticing it more than usual due to WANTING a BFP. Has anyone experienced similar? When can I test and get an accurate result?? P
