Not gaining weight ???

Question

Just wants some feed back, is it normal to feel like you haven’t gained weight? I am the weight I was when I was around 9 weeks, I’m currently 11 weeks now? I feel worried 😟

In the first trimester you don't typically gain anyways because most people are constantly sick.

I barely gained any weight until midway through my second trimester. But not gaining weight in your first trimester is common too because of all the morning sickness

I didn’t gain any weight with both of my girls until around 20 weeks. With my first I put on 25 pounds total and my second I put on 14 pounds total..both were very healthy.

That’s ok to not gain a weight in the first trimester. Your doctor will let you know if there is any cause for concern if you don’t have appropriate weight gain later in the pregnancy.

I wasn’t sick at all and by 16 weeks I had gained a pound? 
In the first trimester there is very little weight gain needed. Some women naturally gain weight because they are suddenly starving, but weight gain isn’t necessary.

I lost weight in the first trimester, and by the start of the second I put the weight back on. You’ll be fine ☺️

I’m 15 weeks with twins and haven’t gained any weight.  I didn’t gain anything in my first pregnancy until around 25 weeks and it was minimal.  As long as you are eating normally you are fine.
