At what age do you stop letting your kids touch your breast?

I’m mostly curious about this, and other parts of your body. For example, I shower with my son (20 months old). I do avoid letting him touch my vagina. But if he does I try not to react so he doesn’t become more curious. I usually just casually move out of the way. He still touches my boobs. He stopped breastfeeding around 14 months. I don’t let him touch them (bare) if I’m dressed. But if we’re in the shower or I’m getting him dressed and mine are out I don’t stop him because it was very normal for him to nurse for a long time. I’m curious on when I should start being more firm about touching. I want to try to stop showers together soon, but it’s hard to take a shower while watching him. So I just bring him in with me.

I’m the opposite end of the spectrum from the other commenters here. Our kids are 3 and 5 and my husband and I are not shy about being nude in front of either our son or daughter. They are in and out while we shower or change, the two of them shower together, I would absolutely throw one of them in the shower with me if they just needed a quick washing. There’s nothing inherently sexual about nudity and the more you normalize the human body now, the more their curiosity will be satisfied and the less likely they will be to explore with their friends. It’s also a good way to teach consent and what areas of the body should not be touched without asking.

My son is 2.5 and still showers with me. I won’t stop until I can trust him to have free reign of my house. He doesn’t try to touch me. He plays with his toys. When we aren’t in the shower, I pay attention to how he’s touched my boobs. Like is he touching them to be touching them or is he not even noticing that he’s touching them. Yesterday he was driving his tractor on me and drove it across my boobs. I didn’t say anything because he didn’t mean anything by it. If we’re sitting there and he touches them just to touch because they’re boobs, I tell him no we don’t do that that those are mommy’s boobs and he can touch his own.

Well I have 4 boys my oldest is 9 then my 7 year old then my 4 year old and my two month old and they all come in the bathroom while I’m taking a shower to either talk or show me something or just bug me lol they don’t react in any kind of way it’s just very normal now far as touching the baby is the only one who touches the boobs because he’s breast feed but the other they don’t

I stopped breastfeeding my son around 8 months. Around maybe a year and a half when holding him or sitting on the couch, if I was wearing a tank top or something he’d try to look down my shirt and stick his arm down my cleavage- maybe he thought there was something in there. He caught on to the word “boobies” pretty quickly (thanks to his dad) and kept trying to grab mine and say “boobies”. I’d sort of gently redirect him to something else -what worked best was me saying “yes, those are mommy’s boobies. Where are Will’s boobies?” And tickle his chest and he’d crack up, cover his chest, and stop messing with mine. I don’t care of he saw them or whatever, I just didn’t want him rooting around in my shirt constantly, especially when we were out. It had been a long time since he did that but he’s 2 1/2 now and he recently pulled back the collar of my shirt, looked at my cleavage and said “eww” and started laughing. I think he might think my chest is a butt now 🤣🤣🤣

My 3 year old daughter still occasionally touches my breasts when she talks about my “mama’s milk” because I’m still nursing my youngest and it doesn’t bother me at all so I usually don’t have to say anything unless she tries to pinch my nipples and I tell her no that hurts.  However I never let her touch my vagina solely because it makes me uncomfortable as a survivor of sexual assault.  I wouldn’t react just gently guide her hand away and say “that’s my vagina but don’t touch because that’s private” and add on that only for diaper changes or help for boo boos (aka diaper rash issues or medical exams) should anyone touch her vagina.

I come from a very large family where it wasn’t uncommon to change in front of others with the same gender. My husband on the other hand is from a smaller family where that’s never really been okay and privacy is huge for him. 
So for my girls (6 & 4) I get dressed in front of them, I take them to the bathroom with me, etc., but I make it a point that we don’t touch other people’s privates and that they need to let mommy and daddy know if somebody touches them. My son (2) on the other hand, I try to have more boundaries with him. I tell him no thank you when he tries to touch my chest and I try to refocus him on something else. I try not to walk around naked in front of him as often as humanly possible, but at the end of the day a human body is just a human body. Although I still use the bathroom with my kids around because I feel like it makes potty training easier. 
Like somebody else mentioned though, you have to figure out what’s best for you and your child(ren).

Girl my son is 4 and still touches my boobs. When he’s awake and just randomly touches them I usually push his hand away. But when he’s sleep he sometimes jumps into my bed and likes to cuddle under my boobs. I swear it’s the most uncomfortable feeling ever but 🤷🏽‍♀️ i’d rather him sleep through the night. Breastfed baby problems 🤦🏽‍♀️

My son is about to turn 5 & finally starting to talk more & understand us better. My biggest worry is that he tries to tickle me on my boobs & doesn't realize that can be taken the wrong way. So now if he tickles me and starts tickling my chest I'll stop him and say "that's my boobs & you don't tickle people there." I also am trying to work with my fiance on teaching him that if someone says "no" or "stop" that you stop. So basically, when you want them to stop depends on the child and how you want to go about teaching boundaries.
