Passed out in public

I was shopping around Walmart with my sister when all of a sudden I felt real faint and I tried making it out the store but things got super blurry and I lost control and fell over.. it happened so fast my sister yelled call an ambulance and I got up and walked out the store but she begged me to go to the dr, so I went and they ran blood test, urine and ekg but everything came back normal. Has this ever happened to anyone before? I feel so embarrassed because idk what caused this!
